Both Mash Tuns Used for This 50 lb. Grain Bill Collecting 4 Extra Gallons Wort to Boil Seperate and Add Later Cold and Snowing Outside but 70° In the Garage Just About to Come to a Boil
Hot Break Forming ..... Careful Just About Boiled Over Vigorous Boil for Two Hours Recirculating the Chilling Wort for a Few Minutes Back Into the Boil Kettle
